Billing and payments are handled by Freshworks
All Taroo apps are distributed exclusively through the Freshworks Marketplace. Freshworks acts as the merchant of record for all purchases — meaning Freshworks collects your payment, issues your invoice, and processes any refunds on our behalf.
Taroo does not have access to your billing details, payment method, or transaction history. We cannot view, modify, or process charges on your account.
21-day free trial on every app
Every Taroo app includes a full-featured 21-day free trial — no credit card required to start. You will not be charged anything until the trial period ends.
We strongly encourage you to use the trial period to evaluate whether an app meets your team's needs before your subscription begins. This is the surest way to avoid any billing surprises.
How to request a refund
Because billing is managed entirely by Freshworks, all refund requests must be submitted directly to Freshworks. Taroo is not able to approve, process, or escalate refund requests on your behalf.

Contact Freshworks SupportFreshworks determines refund eligibility. Because Freshworks sets and enforces their own refund policy for Marketplace apps, Taroo cannot guarantee a refund for any specific reason or timeframe.
App support vs. billing support
There are two distinct types of support for Taroo apps — handled by different parties:
Questions about how an app works, bugs, feature requests, or setup help.
Contact Taroo →Charges, invoices, subscription management, cancellations, and refund requests.
Contact Freshworks →Cancellations
You can uninstall any Taroo app from your Freshworks account at any time. Subscription cancellations and any resulting billing adjustments are managed by Freshworks through your account settings or their support team.
