What is per-agent pricing?
Per-agent pricing means you're billed based on the total number of billable agents on your Freshdesk or Freshservice account. The per-agent rate is multiplied by your account's billable agent count each month.
What is flat-rate pricing?
Flat-rate apps are billed at a single monthly price regardless of team size. It's one price for your entire account — ideal for automation-heavy apps that run in the background.
Is there really a free trial?
Yes. Every Taroo app includes a free trial with full access to all features — no credit card required. Freshworks apps (Freshdesk and Freshservice) include a 21-day trial. Zendesk apps include a 7-day trial. The trial begins when you install the app from the marketplace.
How do I install an app?
Taroo apps are distributed through the Freshworks Marketplace and the Zendesk Marketplace. Click "Install Free" on any Freshdesk or Freshservice app to be taken to the Freshworks Marketplace listing. For Zendesk apps, you'll be directed to the Zendesk Marketplace.
Can I use multiple apps together?
Absolutely. Each app is licensed independently, so you can mix and match per-agent and flat-rate apps across both platforms. Each app starts its own 21-day free trial when installed.
Who handles billing and payments?
Billing for Taroo apps is handled by the marketplace where you install them. Freshdesk and Freshservice apps are billed through your Freshworks account. Zendesk apps are billed through your Zendesk account. There's no separate Taroo invoice or payment method to manage.
